When she decides to leave her Navajo tribe in Arizona and move in with her aunt and her family in California, she had no idea what was in store for her. Haseya: 17 years old, and the Navajo Chiefs daughter and she decides to leave. That doesn't look good on her part, and definitely makes her father look bad. She's got an attitude and she isn't afraid to show it. Jace: Some say him and his friends are bad boys, mostly by the way they dress and the little bit of attitudes they have. But why judge someone before you get to know them? When these two meet, Jace didn't expect Haseya to act the way she did, and Haseya thought she knew what to expect out of Jace and the way he may be. But like they say, "Never Judge A Book By It's Cover". "Jace, it's the only way I see can her. After what just happened, I need her! I know you don't understand. Just one more time and I'm done for good!" I yell through the phone, coming down from my trip. "Haseya, you can't do this! You've been working hard!" He yells back. I run a red light and a horn honks. Are you, driving ? You can't be driving like that!" He yells. As I start to talk again, I look to my left and next thing I hear is Jace yelling my name then I see black. When something happens that makes Haseya make a decision, will she do what she seems is necessary? Or will she follow her heart? When Jace finds out her decision, will he go and fight for her? Or will he let her go and hope she comes back to him?
