Now, this story can be a bit confusing if you don't understand what the point is at the start. Basically, this is a story about depression, I wrote this at my writing camp when I had to write about an image I was given, the image being a dead, burnt out and hollowed tree. This story will most likely seem dark by the end if you understand it . . .

There's one thing for sure, though- The worst things happen in the most unexpected places... ---------------- Suburban Nights is a collection of short horror stories based on my personal experiences, thoughts, and dreams. Growing up in sleepy suburban towns have perks, but there's always something terrible bubbling beneath the surface. Story Description: 1. The Husband - Your husband has been acting a little strange lately at night. 2. The Neighbor - Your quiet home life suddenly gets really uncomfortable when you realize your elderly neighbor has been watching you through his window. 3. Public Restroom - You look back at your childhood to figure out where your fear of public restrooms came from. 4. The Screaming Woman (Pt. 1 & 2) - You wake up abruptly to sounds of a woman screaming only to be faced with your worst nightmare. 5. The People Upstairs - Your upstairs neighbors are loud and obnoxious without any regard to you. You become fed up with them until you realize what they've been dealing with. Some of these stories are not for the faint of heart and may contain blood, gore, abuse, and strong language. You've been warned.Terminé
