A disease wipes out part of the Cerebral Cortex in the brains of Canines, deleting their instincts and making them hostile to the point of where whatever they see, they kill. During this, a boy discovers slowly that HIS dog is immune, and he has to run from the government with his dog, determining whether he should keep fighting for his best friend, or turn him in to save the world.
