Rogue spirits roam the streets of Brooksdale, Oregon and are undetected by the citizens until these spirits start getting greedy. They are taking souls of the living in order to stay inside their host's bodies. Aria Greene seems like your normal foster kid, but she is the only one that can venture into the Underworld to destroy the cause of this outbreak. The only question is, will Aria be strong enough to travel there and back with only her own wits to keep her out of the dark patches of the Underworld.
