In legend, monsters snapped up children from villages, hid in dark corners, and ate the souls of the weak or unprepared. Frisk Foster, an eight-year-old child cursed by hereditary blindness, falls into a cavern full of merciless monsters, all of which want nothing more than to steal their soul. Armed with only their sense of justice and kindness, Frisk must travel across the underground to get back home.
