I'm writing this story based on the Anime, I never read the manga or the novel. Despite the title, the story introduces a vast expansion in the world and lore of gate as well as changes, but everything remains true to the Gate formula. At first It was supposed to be only a Gate X Marine fanfic but over time it developed into an alternative plot line diverging from the original so don't be surprised why the first season strictly sticks to canon.

I made some changes but almost all of it is the same.) ========== Summary: What if during the 'War for Independence', instead of just 13 colonies choosing to secede from the British Empire, it was ALL the colonies of British North America that chose to fight for their independence. However, everything changes when a GATE like structure appears and out came a roman like army. After eliminating the invaders and going to a world of fantasy, the USC soon encounter another GATE structure and are shocked to learn that it leads to a Parallel Earth, one with a radically different history. After encountering the JSDF, the people of the parallel Earth are soon in for a shock when they meet their alternate counterparts, especially the Parallel Americans. They started attacking everyone, wyverns, orcs, goblins, trolls, mages, elves, dwarves and other demi human-looking monsters attacked and slaughtered everyone they see, children were not spared either, As they kept attacking the City The Military was alarmed, and ready to fight whoever these invaders are and where they came from, How will a Very advanced and futuristic civilization react to such barbaric and savage Roman looking army that looked like they came from Ancient Roman times but with Fantasy Monsters on their side? A mysterious, ancient-looking gate appeared in Washington, D.C., sometime in the 21st century. From the gate poured out monsters, knights from medieval Europe, and other fantasy-like beings, and they began a systematic slaughter of the citizens of the U.S. capital, laying siege to the White House. For the first time since the War of 1812, the streets of the United States became a battlefield. Due to their unrestrained arrogance, the Empire of Sadera immediately sought to claim the lands on the other side of the gate. However, they would soon realize just how inferior their own military truly was. Once the U.S. military mobilized, they attacked the invaders with their advanced technology, forcing only a thousand of them to retreat while killing or capturing the rest. This unprovoked attack on U.S. soil, not seen since September 11th, 2001, would be known as the "Washington Incident."
