What if there was another crystal gem? What if she was Jasper's secret prisoner that no one knew about. Moonstone has just crash landed on Earth from the homeworld ship. She is a prisoner of homeworld and nobody knows why, not even her. Pearl is quick to help her but, even Steven is weary of taking in this stranger. So who is she? What is her dark, mysterious past and why is she running from homeworld?
(some characters and events do not belong to me. However the storyline is altered.) If I spelled something wrong please let me know and I will fix it.

Steven, Homeworld, Danger... Diamonds... Those words don't sound too comforting together, right? Who said this was a comforting story? For Steven and the gems, things finally don't go right. When Steven is separated from Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl during the attempt to retrieve his father from the zoo, he is found, and quickly identified as a rose quartz gem... and not just any, but the rebellion leader's own son. VERY VERY VERY VERY SLOW UPDATES! Many years ago, a gem emerged on the homeworld near the diamond palace. Pink, being the first one to recognize a gem emerging, told the other 3 diamonds about the information. As all four of them watched the new gem merge, it was discovered that the gem was born with two gems instead of one. Instead of shattering the gem, white diamond decided to keep them as they were a rare cut gem with an abnormal two gems instead of one. After the discovery, they decided to name the gem, Y/N. Y/N soon lived underneath the Diamonds and was treated as if she was a diamond herself. After Pink shattered, Y/N was heavily protected and had a harness around her at all times, always around either the diamonds or heavily guarded by two topazes and a jasper. After being allowed to roam around the Gem Warship, she was stopped by Steven who convinced her to help him find his friends and escape. After the explosion, she was founded by The Crystal Gems and was officially their 'hostage'. From being heavily guarded and kept within eyes sight and inside her whole life into being outside and experiencing many different emotions for the first time. This is when her story begins.
