We all have the foods we love and the things we love to do, but when the foods are filled with fat and the activities we love to do consist of sitting on the couch or in a bed it is no surprise we gain weight. Before you know it the sight of yourself in the mirror is enough to make you sick. .. Well at lease that is what happened to me, and I am trying to make it better and lose weight.
