(Such a basic name for a book I know! I couldn't think of anything else sooo sorry  to all the other 500 people who use this book title lol) 

 Quinn is the new girl in town. She moved from the big apple to Portland, organ. Weird right? She soon realizes how weird it is in Portland. It's always cloudy. Everything is open way later then normal. And let's not talk about how many blood drives there are. She meets an incredibly hot, mysterious, and PALE man who is a vampire named Liam. He's the perfect boyfriend, kind, sweet, caring. Then there's his brother Zac who's the opposite but hey so intriguing. He hot, mean, the perfect bad boy.
