Cancer.
To be specific a cancerous tumor.

Alexandra Peterson is diagnosed with a cancerous tumor at the sweet age of fifteen, creating chaos in her life and the lives of those close to her. She intends to live her life to the fullest because deep down she believes she's going to die, even when everyone reminds her that she's got a chance of living.

She becomes so obsessed with the idea that she's going to die that she's written her will, planned her funeral to the tiniest detail, and has even picked out her funeral dress and where she wants to be buried.
She practically waits for her cancer to kill her.

That is until her life gets even more crazy.
