"I am never going to love you," I hissed as I backed into the wall. "I will never let you touch me, mate me or make me yours. I hate you."
His face lit up with a villainous grin as he rested his hands on the wall next to my head. "You say all those things," he growled lowly. "Yet I know what I do to you, I know how I make you feel, little mate." His hand cupped my cheek and I struggled to keep my eyes open as I clenched my jaw. "You will love me. You will let me touch you and I will mate you and make you mine."
I trembled a little as his thumb ghosted over my lip and his eyes glowed harsh amber. My body felt like it was on fire. Why was he making it so hard to hate him?

I feel a couple more lashes between monologues. Suddenly I'm pushed to the ground with the ropes cut off. My hands behind my back, a gun to my forehead. I cry as the gun is pressed against my head. I look up at the alpha and his cold gaze locks mine. "Mate." I hear that one word despite all the pain. He hesitates before he drops the gun. "Alpha." The beta says shocked. "Take her away." I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! My blue eyes fumed in anger as my wolf was released. I am a white wolf. Liam's eyes bulged as he saw my true form. He then smiled ready to fight. I lunged for the bastard, knocking him to the ground. His other minions rushed towards me all attaching me at once. I attempted to fight against them. They kept coming on me and it was becoming too much for me to handle. My fur had gone from a snowy white, to a bloody reddish color. So much blood. I laid down. Maybe just a minute of rest. I saw Liam walk up to me. He looked down at me and smiled. "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl. I put my hands on his shoulders and push him again, slightly harder this time, but as he keeps attacking my neck, I feel as though all the energy has been drained from me. "You're mine," he says huskily in between kisses. I self consciously nod. "Only mine-" He starts kissing and sucking my jaw, and I refrain from letting out a moan. Bang! I sat bolt upright. Did I imagine that? That noise? What was it? I clambered out of bed and almost fell down the stairs with the panic that had set in. My front door was wide open but nobody was there, the wood was just swinging in the doorway allowing the cool breeze in my house. What if somebody was already inside? I hopped over the living room sofa, to climb the stairs yet again and as I made it to the landing I was thrown into the wall. My body pinned against it with a muscled form shadowing mine. A hand placed over my mouth silenced my screams that I was too scared to let out anyway. "I'm not going to hurt you. Just don't scream." It was Colton. His husky voice was a distinct reminder that he was my mate. The tingles that spread through my body made me hate but love the entire situation. I want him closer. "You don't run away from me, understand?" I nodded, he was really close to me and my wolf purred for him to be closer. I pushed the thoughts to the back of my mind as he slowly removed his hand. "What do you want?" I demanded, making the futile attempt to shove him away though he didn't move an inch. "I want what is mine." He replied with a low growl that sent chills up my spine. My back was still pressed firmly against the wall and I think I was in shock to move. Though I felt safe which made me feel sick, how could I be safe in the presence of him? "No." I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. "No?" He repeated my words back to me and I boiled the kettle for a cup of tea. My mum said tea fixes everything, then again it never fixed her relationship. "You heard me." "I heard you clear. I'm just making sure you're happy with that answer before I make you regret it." Colton advanced forward, pure dread taking over my body at the size of him compared to me. He leaned forward so his lips were against my ear and with a soft tone he whispered. "It's okay little one," he said as came closer to me. I felt so tiny in his presence, especially in wolf form. He knelt down and tried to move closer but I whimpered and backed up more into the tree. He sighed again before trying again and I tired to put all my fears away as he once again reached out his hand. I put my head down, hoping that if I couldn't see him, I wouldn't be scared. As I felt his hand on my back and felt tingles explode, I jumped but then relaxed as I got used to it. I calmed down more as he picked up my small frame and held me close before whispering into my ear, "What has happened to you little one?" *~*~*~* Celeste has always been running. When she was little a group of rouges killed most of her pack and the remaining wolves ran, including her. Over the years they have slowly split off until it is only her and her mother running.
