As a young man Hugo, just as any young man, had an amazing thrill for adventure. His adventures were extremely dangerous and outgoing, no man could have wished for a better life. But that was a long time ago, since then Hugo has discovered a new way of enjoying life, not one that involves people but one where he is left alone. Until a boy named Charles shows up.
