"SO, BASICALLY," TONY RECAPPED after the Cap, "basically what Capsicle here means to say is that we aren't really ordering you, a small-time hairdresser, into rooming with the evillest supervillain of the universe who is also immortal and slightly--just a teensy bit--insane...what he means to say is that we are giving you an opportunity to save, not just one world, but worlds."
Nazneen looked at the two men and one God in front of her with a quirked eyebrow.
Tony quickly added with a charming smile, "Plus, Loki is handcuffed with this little baby I cooked up, cuts off his magic like a fuse, very genius of me, I know--okay, Dr. Selvig helped with like 12% of it. So, basically what we mean to say is...will you babysit Thor's little brother for the weekend while we go beat some baddies and clear the air? C'mon, what possible harm could come of this?"
In which a small-time hairdresser gets entangled with what could be the biggest challenge to the Avengers just yet, while managing to piss off several Gods along the way.

"I love you. I need you in my life. I need you in my life. You help me become a better man," he said, leaning back.
"No Tony, you make yourself a better man. You are the best version of you," Pepper replied, her voice holding so much conviction. He could hear a certainty.
"I let those kids down. I let Wanda down."
"Life let those kids down. You have done everything you can to protect them, and that's the man you are That's what makes you great."
Tony turned back to the monitor. He saw Peter as Wanda gave a small smile. Wanda returned the smile back, as she continued to eat her own food. He felt tears filled his eyes while he watched her. "They're the strong ones."
"They are only strong because they have you. Use that strength."
Tony closed his eyes. "How do you know how to make me feel better?"
"I show you who you really are. You're a father Tony Stark. You're a hero. And you're going to help those kids become the best they can be because it's who you are."
