I didn't like the previous Rising story and I couldn't figure out where to go from there. But here is a new version. Same/similar characters. A story of tragedy, betrayal, coup d'etat, and supernatural interference. It's set in an alternate reality so don't expect it to be accurate or anything. Basically, America is still a major world power but it's a monarchy ruled by a military tyrant and monopolists.... Caitlin is a former General who is dishonourably discharged and falls into alcoholism. She's saved by her co-workers and pulled into their "revolution club". She sees them as terrorists (and lazy ones at that) but eventually, comes around and reforms/leads their rag tag group of factory workers... I hope y'all like it.

A new take on the first novel of the Anti-Hero story line, with updated and polished writing. Expanding and rewriting the story along with adding never before scenes and characterizations with most of the original story beats along the way. This is not the official canon novel, however I'd like to think of it as an alternative universe. You might recognize some things, and see new ones as well. This is also a test for the audience to see how my writing has improved over the years. See which one does best. The Cybertronians are very few and none are of my creation. * It's been years since the Cybertronian War has ceased, allowing the humans to finally live their lives in peace. The Apple of Eden, against everything that was ever thought about it, has been destroyed. The Templars have been killing every Assassin they can find without a second thought as they believe they are no longer useful. One day, as a young Assassin is on a mission but is caught by Templars! They force her into an Animus, causing her mind to dive into a recent past, one that still has the Cybertronians. An ally comes and pulls her out of the Animus after several days. Now, she's seeing strange images, pictures but not symbols. Pushing them together, they form a strange sword that has a powerful aura. With a team, she goes on an adventure to find each piece of the sword. Shockingly enough, each piece is also guarded by a famous Cybertronian from the war. Just as luck would have it, the Templars also find out about the sword and do everything in their power to ensure the Assassins don't get their hands on a single piece. Will the Assassins ensure that humanity is safe or will the Templars rise on top?
