Alright, so how would you react when one day, you suddenly have super powers? You would go nuts, right? And when it's right around your seventeenth birthday? Yikes.

Then suddenly the popular Incredible Four of the school, The four "bad boys of the school", comes to you, and tells you that they have powers too? And then they want to become your friend? Yeah.

But here's the catch, you were the loser of the school. The weirdo. Outcast and The Loner. Of course, you didn't mind it having to be used to being judged for having crazy purple eyes. Yeah, purple. In fact, you were happy of not being part of those normal people. It was just too...Bleh. Other than that, you somehow became the nerd of the school too, which i don't understand why it's such negative thing because your basically being called smarter than everyone else. So like, jokes on them. And your family? Pfft. They were normal people- well. Or so you thought.

Join Madeline in a crazy adventure, together with her four, new-found, charming guy best friends. Soon, you'd find out secrets you didn't know; missions to be solved; tears of agony or laughter to be shed, creating new friends and maybe even find a lover too? And of course doing crazy things you didn't know you, the quiet nerd, would actually do.

Oh, and of course you save the world.

Super Fun, right?

10 parts Complete
In a school for super powered, supernatural students one doesn't fit in. She comes from the most prestigious family well known for their superpowers, yet Winter Mangalow is just a normal girl. Her family all keep telling her that one day her powers would shine through, but now at the age of seventeen almost eighteen she no longer believes them. Her school life is hell with everyone looking down on her because of her lack of powers. With her Dad being Principal though it meant she couldn't even attend a different school. Both the ban of her existence and the only joy in her day is one Caspian Anderson, the most powerful student in the school. When at school he acts like the biggest, most arrogant jerk she had ever known. But Winter has a secret, she knows Caspian very well. He may not acknowledge her at school but every afternoon he was all hers. He was the best friend that any girl could wish for. He was sweet, kind and funny. He never let the fact she had no powers bother him then at all. With the arrival of Zeke Worthington her life became in disarray. He understood her; he knew what it felt like to be the outsider. He told her he had come from a place where he was misunderstood too. Zeke seemed immensely happy to meet Winter, even though he befriended Caspian too. Why Caspian had a problem with it, Winter doesn't understand. It wasn't like he went out of his way to be friends with her during school hours. Even as Winter and Zeke get closer, Caspian becomes increasingly unhappy and agitated with her. She can't change things though, after all in the long run all she can prove is that she has no powers, but maybe she will be surprised.
The Starlight Sentinels: The Amusing Story of a Struggling Superhero Team by JGrayDingler
8 parts Complete
A man, a woman, a boy, a girl, a demon, and an alien, all walk into a bar... THEY FIGHT CRIME! The Starlight Sentinels goes beyond The Watchmen's question of "Who would want to be a superhero?" by asking "Who would want to be a superhero if being a superhero was just another job people needed doing?" The Starlight Sentinels, that's who! They're not your traditional superhero team, and they're not the other guys either, nor are they the grizzled antihero type. Instead, they're just people who happen to work as superheroes in a world where being a superhero isn't so much a call to greatness as it is an eccentric career choice and super villains are just another problem that people try not to think about. Drawing inspiration from films such as Shawn of the Dead and TV series such as the Venture Bros, the Starlight Sentinels was crafted to be an amusing and occasionally action-packed adventure grounded by a diverse cast of humorous but relatable characters. You may laugh at their numerous missteps, but you'll also be cheering for these heroes and heroines hard-earned triumphs as well. Join this comedic costumed cabal in their debut adventure as they fight crime and battle the forces of evil anytime they're not stuck filling out forms for the police, trying to appease their overbearing corporate sponsor, struggling to gain recognition from an apathetic public, or arguing over whose turn it is to do the shopping in this hilarious tongue-in-cheek tale that takes on all things superhero! If you enjoy the first half of The Starlight Sentinels, you can pick up the full book on every major eBook seller, or order a printed copy from Amazon or Createspace.

The Nerd Who Rules The School

59 parts Complete

"Who do you think you are? You are just some nerd." He sneered at me, looking down at me like he already owned this place. I chuckled at his ignorance, "Honey, I'm the nerd who rules the school." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You know those cliché stories where it is either 'player and nerd', 'bad boy and nerd', 'bad girl and nerd', 'bad girl and bad boy' etc. What do all those have in common? Well, there's always a nerd that's weak and bullied. That's either the damsel in distress or she suddenly turns badass. But sorry to say, my story is completely different. People fear me, no one dares to bully me, even the cheerleaders and our school's star quarterback bow down to me. Oh you think I'm the 'bad girl'? Sorry, but I'm the nerd who rules the school.
