Depression is hard to deal with, all the time. No matter who or what the circumstances, it's hard. Lots of people have different ways of expressing it;
Penny hides in the shadows.
Penny has trust issues, and cannot rely on anyone other than herself. It's better to get the job done yourself, right?
Craig doesn't believe in that; he thinks everyone should have someone to rely on- someone to trust.
The two cross paths, and annoy the heck out of each other for days on end; until they earn one another's trust and 'spill the beans.'

I wrote this when I was like 15 so it's awful and horribly inaccurate regarding lots of stuff and the characters are really, really annoying. If it didn't have so many reads and votes and that I would delete it. PLEASE, if you want something with better writing and still full of angst, look at my other fics instead (Tempest is my fav) // Harry is upset, he just wants someone to care about him but he keeps pushing everyone away.
