I got up and grabbed my shoes and started running. "Hey, wait!" he called after me. Tonight I was supposed to be nobody, but turns out I'm simply Cinderella of all people, and prince charming or not, I'm not leaving my shoes behind.

Athena Johnson is like any other 18 year old girl. She has dreams and nightmares. Her dream is to be a published author someday, and her nightmare is to get her face plastered around the internet and gossip magazine's as some huge celebrity's newest flavor, which is exactly what happened.
Aiden Heart is the new big star in Hollywood, at 23 he stars as Prince charming in the remake of Cinderella. When he is at the wrap party of the movie, he meets a girl who has no idea who he is, and he doesn't know who she is either. So when the paparazzi shows up, flashing their cameras, she flees, only leaving her name, not even a shoe.
The only clue Aiden now has to find his Cinderella is her first name, Athena, and a very blurry picture of her in the magazines. Lucky for him, he has a very big fanbase who are more than willing to help find her. But without a shoe, is that enough?

What she doesn't know, is that she dances with one of her enemeys: 15 year old Nathan Sykes. She leaves after she dances with him, because she wasn't aloud to go, under her step-mothers orders. When she goes to leave, her mask falls off when she turns around. Nathan picks it up, and runs after her, but it's too late, because she's gone. The next day, Nathan tries to find the girl he danced with the previous night, by asking all the girls at Allenwood if it was their mask. Little did he know, that his last choice was Selena. Will Nathan stop bullying her, or will he bully her more? Will her step-mother find out that she left the house? Will Selena get pulled out of Allenwood? What will her step-mother do to her? We walk over to a small booth and sit down. Hailey slides the beers over to me and I open one. I start to lift it and then set it back on the table. "Um... Hailey are we old enough for this?" she nods so I take a sip. It was disgusting but I felt like I should drink more so I drank the rest. Hailey had already gone to order more, and I stumbled towards her. A man grabbed me dragging me towards the back door and Hailey ran over trying to grab me. She screamed trying to get people to help but they were all distracted. The man stuck something in my arm and threw me in a van. He shut the door and Hailey ran inside to call the police.
