My neighbour the bad boy

The house across the street from Talia has just been brought and a new family has moved in. One member of that family happens to be a seriously hot teenage guy named Jake.

Talia is determined to stay focused on school and her photography project, but when the new guy suddenly shows up at the door of her photography class seemingly taking interest in the subject, it becomes harder for her, and every other female in the school not to drool over him.

She was doing well at ignoring him until one day he turns up at her house with his younger sister, offering her freshly baked cupcakes and an invitation to dinner at their house in 2 days time, courtesy of their mum.
