To Adeline, the world is just black and white. There is no color to the world, no good. The only thing that keeps her going is her music. Music is the only thing that Adeline understands. And cats. Some things don't need to change, especially when life is going as good as it can get.

For Julian, the world is full of life. The world is a vibrant place that should be appreciated in anyway possible. He just graduated from Juilliard with a Bachelor of Music degree in Orchestral Conducting. He has a great girlfriend and couldn't ask for anything else. Everything was perfect.
