Phantom, an organization known for producing lethal weapons and soldiers, got their hands on a few special individuals. Three years ago there was an accident that officially had no survivors. It was in a high school during finals when someone had caused the explosion. The room itself that held the device was unscathed, the area around was completely obliterated. Whatever had happened left one class with specialized powers. A group claiming to by the government took them in for questioning, within 24 hours all of their parents, friends who weren't in the school, and realities all were dead. That is what Phantom had the power of doing. Present day Jane Moor, the now lone survivor of her school's explosion, has to decide if she wants to live a normal life or protect the ones she cares for. After 3 years of pain from Phantom, an organization hellbent for domination, she has gained strength and knowledge that few have ever discovered. Playing parts of the innocent, the killer, the friend, the child, the leader, and the dog she has had enough servings others. However, Jane knows what's coming and may be the only one that can not use it as an advantage. Her own powers battle against each other and the past fights the road she has chosen. Roughly 200 years ago, scientists opened a hole in reality. From it, many monsters, and eldrich horrors escaped with their strange powers. It took many years of battle for these monsters to integrate into the ecosystem, for better or for worst at the cost of many lives. But these monsters were still a threat that possessed a power humanity wanted. Thus project Zodiac was created. The goal was to infuse an army with the monster's magic. But after only 12 survivors out of 12000 participants, the project was canceled, and the 12 were set loose. But most of the 12 freaks were unsatisfied, leaving them to do something drastic for them all to find out who's "King". Subject 666 code name "Cobra" has accepted the mission to assassinate his "Siblings". But who knows... Perhaps he's after the title of "King" himself..... And one thing was for sure: whenever someone gained powers, they had to give something up in return. It was never a choice. It was just the way it was. So, now that I've explained a bit about how this all started, let's fast forward to the present. It's now 2033. Mr. Knight has found 19 children, and Mr. Douglas, the leader of the other group, has found 10. That means... the 30th child is out there somewhere. Who will it be? And one more thing before I go-welcome to the world of Dark Light.
