To say that this girl was surprised by how she got to this point in life would be an understatement. For about as long as she can remember, she has lived her life alone; say for one. So when she and her partner arrive in Paris, things start changing in ways she never thought could ever happen to her. Now she reflects on how she got here in the first place. But how did her life change? Why did it even happen? Where does she go from here? And more importantly; Can she adjust to this new life without breaking? Only one way to find out.

The cold night air made Marinette shiver and cuddle into the red scarf that wrapped around her neck. She looked at the bright lights of Paris, of her city. A city of love. A city of light and happiness. Yet she had none. She clenched the charm Adrien had given her what felt like so long ago. He was all that was left. Everyone had left her. Her parents were disappointed in her. Her friends were angry. She heard the flapping wings of an Akuma and closed her eyes. A Little Bit of Bad Luck
In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action.
