This book is about a world split between a utopia and a dystopia, a direct democracy vs. anarchy. The dystopian side of the world is in ruins, costant riots and fights take place here. To make matters worse, the paranormal seems to have seized this opportuinty, and have started to appear more and more all over the dystopian waste land, making it more dangerous then before. Reina Vyse is a 13 year old whose family is gone, they died in one of the many riots that happen in her city of Denver, a once brilliant place, now a degraded, ruined, goulish city. She is desperatly trying to survive and get to the promsied land, an almost imposible mission.All Rights Reserved

This is a story of a normal seventeen-year-old girl forced into a war between good and evil. She finds love and comfort in the enemy's armies and fight her brother to save the world. Can she have the fortitude to save the world from total chaos, or does she save her love and allow the world to seep into darkness?

Her mother was not new to that world, although she was not a wolf herself she had many friends that are. She knew there was a pack not too far away from her. They have a conscious mind though, but their craving for brains is a bit of an antisocial issue. Being mostly made up of impoverished individuals, it is not surprised that they got cured cheaply and lastly, despite being the main test subjects. Lochlyn is their representative. She just wanted an education beyond elementary school. A little luckier stricken part of the infected population evolved into reverents. Reverants have a feudal system over the zombies to "keep them in order". The luck may have had to do with them being upper-class when being treated. Basilica is their representative. At eighteen, she wanted body modifications, a job, and etc... as a rite of passage entering adulthood. At least that's what she was thinking. The more she was told no, the more she wondered what she could do. There are still uninfected humans left in the U.S.A. Most of them are middle-class. Katrina is their representative. She gained a family member, but lost two. She aches to find out why she can never return home again. The three eighteen-year-old females, along with their beaus, journey for truth, equality, justice, restoration, love, and freedom lead them to the same end: the capital. When you're marked you have two choices; fight or die. Nance lives in the past, literally. Her city is a recreation of early twenty-first century society. Sakura became the princess who grew jealous and ended up being corrupted and was a stepping stone for her sister. Follow Sakura as she break through the "game" and changes her fate. She may even discover that her being Sakura wasn't a simple transmigrate or reincarnation like she thought.

This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. I'm sorry for the people that like the original story and were hoping for more, so I won't be deleting this one. I'll update on my page once I start posting chapters of the new series.

And something bad does happen when Emmi is kidnapped, and it is no one's fault but Charlotte's. Through this obligation alone, Charlotte feels like it is her responsibility to get Emmi back, to right her wrong. In helping Nate pursue his kidnapped daughter, Charlotte inadvertently allows herself to feel again, to care for those other than herself. But with the clock ticking, Charlotte's new found family may just end up like her own, dead and destroyed, if Emmi is exposed to the disease that her father tried so hard to protect her from.
