Nothing could have prepared Carol for the 4th of April. No one had told her about Htrae and it's history. No one had told her of her future that had been embroidered with tragedy, adventure, love, hate, betrayal, magic, destiny and luck. No one had told her about the mysteries surrounding her. And all she wanted was a normal life.
Too bad fate has other plans for her.
