Okay, so imagine this..: Its 5:00 p.m. and since you are the school's student government president its your job to plan for the school's annual teachers day. 

It was now 5:30 and you decided you go home. You pack up your things then began walking through the halls, passing by each classroom you see that the lights are off meaning no one's there anymore but suddenly you see that there's one room that the lights were on. You decided to go towards it and see if anyone's there or not.

As you arrive outside the room you see that there's still one student left but what you didn't know is that your life's about to change..

And that's where this story begins. Meet Samantha Rogers, your average teenage girl that is also the student government president, the captain of the volleyball team, and the daughter of one of the most famous and powerful people in the world. 

That very day her life was going in both horrible but yet wonderful ways..

'watch out humans, there's a Reaper in town. try not to die!' ---- prologue "Mitch we have to leave!" Annabelle yelped, holding a baby girl with black hair and blue eyes in her arms. "leave! go somewhere safe!" Mitch said, pulling a knife out of his leg. they were fleeing from the townspeople who had lit their house on fire screaming; "be gone evil demons!" all the couple wanted was to be able to live like normal humans, but atlass that was impossible. Reapers keep taking lives, and Humans continue feering them. and so, the couple grabbed their baby girl; Staffie. their hellhound; Unicorn and grabbed their death scythe's. -one year later- they arrived in a human city where some friends lived. "Mitch, what are we going to do now?" "we will live like humans for as long as possible. and, if we're lucky, we can keep this awful fate of being a Reaper from our daughter." he said looking down at the small child holding his hand tightly. and they did keep being a Reaper from her. and, when she turned 18 the decided they should tell her; but not empty handed. so they left to get her a death scythe. little did they know; they would never see her again. and she would have to figure it out on her own.

Our main character, Romero, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself after a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in. You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."

We'll be haunted by the darkness that is our own shadow, but in every shadow there's a light." He answered, as if the simplest thing in the world. I only stared at him with a dropped jaw. That was out of this world. Especially coming from Jonah. "When does it get better?" I mumbled. "It doesn't. But to go through it with someone makes it a whole lot easier." He turned back to face me. We stared at each other for a while. He'd always occasionally look down at my lips, and I'd do the same to him. I broke it off and looked back up at the sky. -=- New York City. The place of opportunities. But what shall Rose do when there's so many of them? Jonah, the seducer with a British accent, or Cameron, equally British but sweet. Her clock is ticking. She has one year to make up her mind until the exchange program takes back all their Brits and their New Yorkers return. And so the end-of-the-year party is the final strike. Either Rose chooses...or she doesn't. *WARNING* I began this book (my first book ever) when I was like 11 or 12 years old so the first chapters (idk how many) suck, not gonna lie. I had scrapped so many ideas (that I only really wrote a few chapters of) that when I was older enough to realize the story I had going so far sucked, I didn't want to scrap again, so I finished for that sake in a span of 3 years (and ended in 2014).
