Dreams on Observation Decks

I can see the cruise ship in my vague memory. Young children's screams of joy rang like Christmas bells in the light breeze. On my left, my mom stood like a silent statue and my dad lectured mindlessly on my right. Finally, I could not stand it anymore. Grimacing, I turn about face a boy in the distance. He looks familiar, but where do I know him from? He waves and gazed with concern at me. His eyes held a question.
I awoke from my dream with beads of sweat gathering at my brow and a small smile starting to form. Whoever the mystery boy is, I love him.
