Okay get ready to cringe. So this is a story I wrote about a year back for a commonwealth competition thing. I didn't get a place lmaooo but I was mentioned and I came 'highly commended' and I was well happy with that pahahaha. I read through this and I was wondering how on EARTH did this manage to get a mention but I thought I'd post it so you guys can hopefully notice the change in my writing when I write a few short stories in the coming future. Tell me in the comments if you can see a slight difference (I'm kinda hoping someone comments bc this story is terrible pahahaha)
Ps: I haven't changed ANYTHING on this story except I took out the word 'lowkey' bc I didn't think it was appropriate so please don't come for me bc it's bad pahaga. Also if you're EVER feeling like this then please, please talk to someone x

"I was still conscious, although I wished I wasn't..." A story of how someone considered as a green-haired freak comes across the only other person he's been able to be friends with, a guy that we actually can't really call human... I finally got to work on my story-idea when I realised I could write while on the train to uni and back home :) So, this is it! It's situated in the 19th century mostly, but it isn't really mentioned in the story itself. I'll probably add my own drawings as a cover (Done!) Feel free to comment your feedback! So I found a story like this online and was inspired to make a story like it but it's completely different so hope ya'll like! (CURRENTLY EDITING THIS STORY, ESPECIALLY CHANGING SOME OF THE CHARACTERS, THE STORYLINE AND THEIR NAMES SINCE ITS CRINGY AND I WAS REALLY YOUNG WHEN I WROTE THIS! NEVER MIND, THIS ENTIRE STORY IS CRINGE FACTOR! WHY DID Y'ALL LIKE THIS STORY SO MUCH?! THE STORY'S GOTTA CHANGE!) Also too, as part of re-editing everything (and I mean EVERYTHING), I'm gonna switch up the POV because I feel like everything would make more sense if I wrote it in Third Person since most of the chapters have a TP feel to them. And they need a revamp VERY. BADLY. I seriously don't know what I was thinking and deleted some of the chapters because I did not want that up here and I wanted a clean conscious. That's also why some of the comments won't make sense because I wrote this story very differently to how I'm writing it now.
