Poems I've written which reflect the feeling and emotions of mental illness. For those trying to understand or just wanting something to read.

Mental illness is hard to explain but I've managed to put it into words...

(Some of the poems I may have already published singularly but some I haven't so anyway... hope you enjoy :)

This book doesn't follow a common theme; it's simply a collection of whatever came to mind. Ever wanted to step into the mind of a delusional teenager? Wondered if what you felt wasn't just a "you" thing? Well, you might be in the right place... unfortunately. But hey, no shame in that. Just be prepared for some utter monstrosities. These poems were written when I was around 13 to 15 years old. Please don't assume that these reflect who I am today.
