Evan Fong and Jonathan Waters are Night Owl and H20 Delirious, the two most feared vigilantes in all of Toronto. They are captured one night after a supposed "crime" ends up being a trap to bring them to a secret base unknown to the entire planet. They are greeted by Tyler and Lui, two government officials who have been building a team of misfits just like Evan and Jon, powers or not. They are The Last Resort, and they are called into action to stop the technopath mastermind known as "Mr. Ohm."
