It has been 4 months since the twins were born and a lot of things have happen since then.

Jax, Miles, Alya, and Bianca all agree to go to the doctor for a check up. Jax isn't worried about it at all... until the results come back. He nervous, embarrassed, and most importantly afraid. What will happen?
