Even on Krypton, she was misunderstood. When she was younger and her mother asked about boys or boyfriends, Kara would always reply, "No, Mommy! I wanna have a girlfriend." Which was unheard of. Kara's feelings towards girls were punishable by death, much like some countries on Earth. So. when she was old enough to understand the risk of loving who she wanted, she suppressed her feelings and convinced herself that she loved boys. On Earth, years later, she meets someone who makes it impossible to ignore her feelings, but she has never made her feel as amazing as Lena Luthor. Lena Luthor was raised in a home where you could be beaten for simply looking at someone. She didn't bother with love or figuring out her feelings about all of her friends. It just wasn't important. When she moved away and her brother was put in jail, she assumed that she was attracted to men. She didn't know otherwise. But when she met Kara Danvers, every thought she ever had about being straight was proven wrong. This was what love felt like. Facing danger at every turn of their relationship, Lena and Kara are determined to beat the odds. A strange-looking contraption is seen rapidly falling from the sky. Its descent was calculated and precise...until it wasn't. Halfway after entering the green and blue planet's atmosphere, it started burning up, rendering some of its parts unusable. Inside this burning contraption are a bunch of...kids. These kids numbered a hundred, have ages ranging from 12 to 17. And as for why they are all strapped inside this burning 90-year-old dropship heading to the ground...Well, it all started at the end. Ninety-seven years ago, a nuclear apocalypse struck the Earth, leaving the planet simmering in radiation. But of course, the human race was a stubborn one. At the time of the bombs, twelve nations had operational space stations that they used to house survivors. Later, these twelve stations banded up and merged, becoming the one we now know as The Ark. For many years now, The Ark has kept what's left of humanity alive. But about a year ago, an engineer discovered a huge problem in the Ark's system. The Ark's life support systems are failing, and it won't be long before they run out of air and die. Hence, the current situation. These kids are being sent on a desperate mission to see if the ground is survivable again. But why kids though? Won't it be better to have the more capable scientists or guards be the ones to take this risk? The council had a lot of reasons, but the main one being: these kids were expendable, after all, they are criminals. --- This is a The 100 Fanfiction. The MC is a reincarnator. Yeah, I know.
