I'm on a school trip with a group of friends. We did not expect was happened to us that day on the plane. We were on our way to China, when an announcement came on from one of the pilots. We went through a thunderstorm and out of nowhere we were hit by lightning. That caused on of the engines to fail. We were going down straight into the ocean. The pilot was able to keep the plane balanced. Then we crashed and the plane was able to keep float. We were all sitting on the plane wings, stranded and trying to contact help.
