The Girl in the White Dress

Forced into marriage at age 16, having a stillbirth, getting fistula and being rejected by the whole village makes Gelila's life go from bad to worse. Hoping to gain some of her old life back, she travels to the capital to get healed. In the process of getting healed, she meets this boy who changes her life forever, healing not just her body but her broken heart. This is a moving story about the journey of a teenage girl as she becomes a woman going through the rare ups and many downs of life in rural Africa.
