Hatake, Kazue is the Level Two. The one who writes the scripts. In the A.W everyone that was or is in an anime lives here. This is a place where they create and film the Animes, with a little help from the normal world. Things have been peaceful since the founding of the A.W; life was very routine. You were born, assessed, and either placed into an anime or put on hold for a future anime. Your anime is your life, you are in only one anime for the rest of your exsistance. Special people like Kazue, who's abilities are more academic or creative, where placed into Level One or Two. When characters and scripts begin disappearing, all animes are put on hiatus. Soon panic spreads and the economy crashes. Kazue and her friends have to fight for survival and try to find the person who is behind it.

However, he isn't exactly the type to bluntly state that they don't exist. After all, a world wherein peace is not a word that can easily be understood is a world with a whole lot more mysteries and therefore, also cannot be understood. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent? As Rin, Obito and Kakashi teach her about everything there is to know about living in the village, the silver-haired young boy finds himself intrigued by basically everything relating to Setsuko.
