What do you do when you're broken and used?  What do you do when you feel  that the walls are closing in you? 

Hasnaa Maged felt the exact same way when  she was betrayed by her husband  and punished  for a mistake she never committed .  She spends everyday of her life suffering and struggling until  something happens and changes her life.  Other may say it for the better but I say it for the worst. 

On the other hand, there was the husband that betrayed her, Houssaam Youssef  who was just selfish and used his 'wife'  like a tissue paper and threw her away.  Blinded by greed and lust , he ruined the lives of many people.  
Naseem Jabeer, a cousin of Houssaam, ruined everything and turned the tables on Houssaam.
