Something bad is happening to the people of Möbius. People are going missing, and crime rates are going up. So, they put the best detectives on the missing cases. Sonic and Amy, partners in pursuit of justice!  

   Sonic and Amy are the top rated detectives on Möbius. However, their tactics and personalities wouldn't lead you to believe it. 

   Amy is a bubbly, giggly, happy-go-lucky, loyal and fierce woman who is married to the wonderful Sonic The Hedgehog. He, himself, is cocky, reckless, and very excitable, and a down-to-Earth free-spirt, but also very serious about his job. They both get their jobs done quickly and easily, loving the life of crime fighting and more money than they need. 

   But now, their fighting the clock to save more than just a citizen or two. They are going to have to be better than great to solve this mystery, and fate might not be in their favor.

Can Sonic keep Amy safe as long as he continues to be a thief? Just how far down into insanity will Sonic become? And how far is he already? Find out in this chilling sequel!

Shadow struggles with his feelings for Amy knowing well she doesn't reciprocate. Her love for Sonic was indestructible. However one mission at Eggmans base changed all of their lives forever. Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development. Darker and more power hungry...after failing to defeat and kill Shadow, Sonic and the rest of the gang, he Is going to make sure he gets what he wants this time, by using the power of the chaos emeralds,He infects Shadow with a rabies like disease, called Muskiomal which makes Shadow a ruthless cannabalsitic killer at nightfall. Not only does Mephiles turn Shadow into a killer hedgehog, he forces him to take out revenge on not only on on Mobians but the entire universe as well. But only Amy Rose is aware of Shadow's illness after witnessing Shadow consuming human and Mobian remains behind a restaurant dumpster. Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet?
