We're Broken People

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Life is as magical as it can be for me, until I met "HIM" He had jumbled my thoughts, priorities, and self worth. He had made me feel so small in this world, when I wasn't. Riley
This is the end. After 5 years of writing and releasing poetry, it's time for us to end on a good note. I have been writing this collection for a few months and I'm so proud of what has come from it. I named this "Riley" because this is that Cinderella shoe, it finally fits. I have a lot of inspiration from 80's music like Cyndi Lauper, Whitney Houston, and even Cher. It's a collection of pride, love, and happiness, something that has allowed us all to come full circle. So many thank you's I want to give but I'm just going to thank everyone as a whole.
