For 3 years, they worked side by side, never realizing they were partners in more ways than one. As elite spies for the same agency, they always operated behind masks, their identities hidden even from each other. But one fateful night, the truth came to light-and instead of tearing them apart, it only made them stronger. While adjusting to their new reality as both spouses and field partners, Avery remains fixated on a personal mission: finding her younger sister, Ava, who vanished without a trace three years ago. But the deeper she digs, the more she realizes that her sister's disappearance is no ordinary case-it's a carefully orchestrated cover-up with deadly players pulling the strings. The trail leads her into the shadows of the criminal underworld, where whispers of a ruthless organization surface-one that deals in deception, assassinations, and erasing people from existence. As she follows the leads, she uncovers chilling connections: coded messages left behind, names that shouldn't exist, and a shocking revelation-her sister may not have been taken; she may have chosen to disappear. Now, with powerful enemies watching her every move, she and her husband must navigate a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Old ghosts resurface, deadly truths unravel, and the closer she gets to the answer, the clearer it becomes-finding her sister might not be the hardest part. Facing the truth of what she has become might be. Because in a world built on deception, the person you love the most might just be the one you fear.

"I love it!!!!!!!!!!!" - Udontknowme2626 "The most epic plot twist ever!!!!" - Musix4life "This was AMAZING! I loved the whole story and the way you portrayed it!!" - Ginny___Weasley "I have to say I loved this book so much! It was incredible to read and it's opened me up to more books like this! Thank you xx" - Alilass 👆 Praise I'm surprised it got and not sure I agree with. But you decide for yourself. ________________ Does it sound cliche? Yeah that's because it is. If you read it and don't like it, don't blame me, I did warn you. Read at your own risk. Also it should be noted that the cover is way cooler than the actual story. I'm just clearly better at making covers.
