Sherlock quit talking when his beloved dog Redbeard died. As the dog was his one and only friend, he had no one left. His dog died along with his emotions, nothing but emptiness was left inside the young boy. At school he is being targeted by Anderson and his girlfriend Sally; they bully him every day, they've been bullying him for as long as he can remember.
Sherlock is 16 now and hasn't said a word in about two years now until John Watson, the new kid, starts his first day in the same class as Sherlock.
How will John Watson be able to help this rather emotionless curly haired boy? Will he fix his broken heart and make him speak up again?

This fanfic is based off a Fanvid I saw on YouTube. I give the owner full credit for the idea, I just wanted to write it out as a fic. Although, I put my own twists on this story and it's original video plot. The main scenario and the way things play out are almost the same as in the video. But I decided to put Lestrade, a little bit of Anderson, Donovan, and Mrs. Hudson in this as well. Mycroft and Mary are also in this. And some other characters from the show are mentioned in this.
