Y/N helps her train and the two of them along with their three friends Mako, Bolin and Asami form the new Team Avatar in order to stop The Equalist's and their leader Amon. The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe.
