Ygritte Thorgard, a shield maiden. Who's Father, husband and 3yrs old son got murdered in cold blood. She looks like she doesn't have any feelings.

But Ygritte is but a woman, who wants 
to be loved again. Once she loves someone, she loves them forever. 

Ygritte lives in Earl Ragner Lodbrok's town. He and Lagertha become her family, the ones who she sees as her siblings. 

Rollo who's Ragner's brother..becomes interested in Ygritte.. and visa versa. These two have a love/hate relationship.
But are always there for each other.

The only things Ygritte wants are:
- Taking revenge
- Loving Rollo and that he loves her back
- Bearing Rollo's Children
- A family(Ragner and his family)
- Thor's blessing
- And going to Valhalla
