Zantala City - a place in the human vortex, shrouded away from human detection, and the home of all types of Supernatural beings away from their original homeland to live amongst humans, but still have a place where they don't have to hide their powers. Then came the persecution of Faeries and the creatures now lived under the Demon rule, too afraid to rise against them because of the vast weapons that killed the Faes.
Enter 19 year old Air Blackwood, previously known as Ariella Nyle, princess of the Faes. Saved by the witch powers she had been the only one of her family to inherit, she lives in hiding of her true self, trapped in Zantala by the very force-field around its perimeters that stopped other Faeries coming into the city.
But what will happen when the handsome demon, Cassius Vaughn, takes a sudden interest in her, and does everything in his power to understand why she hates him so. Will he be able to convince her against her prejudice of the Demons? Or will his pursuit of her reveal all she had been forced to hide?
