This is the story of a girl named Alexa who discovers she has magical powers on her 13th birthday. Alexa believes that her powers make her the villain, but  the tables are turned as a mysterious man, the Piper, plays a pipe and makes children be mindless slaves. Alexa's friend, Lynn, tells her to come back to their village and save them from an even bigger threat that has yet to come. In this magical tale no one is who you thought they are. And everyone has a secret to keep.
