Sally lives in Springville. Also known as Spooksville. It's called that because of the supernatural things that happen there. It was a small town with big mysteries. Cassy is an only child. She has a best friend named Watch that's not his real name people just call him that because he likes to wear watches. Nothing in Spooksville is normal. There are ghosts and Magic wishing Crystals that bring bad luck to anyone who uses it and there is alot more. Ann is a witch her Great great great grandma was Madeline Templeton, she is a witch too. Cassy doest like Ann she thinks Ann is evil and She is right. Watch just thinks she's overreacting. Even though Ann has saved Sally more than twice she still believes Ann is evil. One day a new kid comes to town his name is Adam. He and his dad moved here. Adam's mom grew up in Spooksville but he doesn't know that. What happens when Cassy, Watch and Adam become friends? Well, you'll just have to read it to find out.

The woman who sells the doll tell him that her name is Annabelle. She says that his daughter must take good care of her. She warns him that nasty things have happened to Annabelle's previous owners.
