"I do not understand your laughter" She say's with a face so serious that I thought she wasn't kidding. 

"Sky, Right? Look, you need go back to the mental hospital you came from, Okay?"

"What is a Mental Hospital?" She asks completely confused. 

"Oh, God, help me." I mutter.
