I stood tall, lifting my chin to meet his gaze. He sat upon the golden throne, and I remained below. Was I afraid? I couldn't say for certain. He was my comrade, someone I would have died for, someone I had followed without hesitation. And yet... "I didn't hear you." His voice was deceptively soft, still carrying that familiar warmth, but beneath it lay something heavier. Yet despite the sadness in his eyes, his tone sent a chill through my bones. Left alone, she walked around the floors of the Tower, not suspecting what adventures and acquaintances awaited her. How will relationships with new companions develop?
