He always feels alone due to his parents never being nearby. When he tells them he is depressed they believe he just needs a new scenery. So, they move to a town in Washington, D.C. Seth knows things will repeat themselves just in a different place. It all comes down to his first day of school where he will see what weird supernatural creatures and events happen in this small town.
