When they encounter a terrible poltergeist that threatens their very existence, not only are their lives on the line, but the life of their new friend, Ashley, who turns out to be more than what they expected.

The girls tell nobody about their experiences with the nonliving. They can't. They fear that if they tell, everything will be worse. Much worse. There will be blood. There will be betrayal. This is a deadly game, and only one can win.
