Once the woman had dried (Y/N)'s father's money and attention she could harvest she killed and his him he the shed in the back.

She kept young eight year old (Y/N) alive, and her in the basement, chaining her hands together until a set time of the day, and 'bedtime'. And her ankles a much longer chain, allowing her to move about the entire basement.

(Y/N) spent ten years locked up in the basement, with little to no education that she needed. She would have died down there if not for Toby.

He was allowed to kill anywhere that night, and just so happened to pick that small cream colored home.
And discovers the basement key.
