Kiiara has gone through a lot in her life but still manages to stay happy. She is far from ordinary, and doesn't know who to trust or what to believe sometimes. Moving to a new school in America away from her mother and home in England. Kiiara meets new friends along her journey.

Beck is your calm, cool and collected average "bad boy." He has a deep past and the looks to charm any girl. No one really knows much about Beck other than his reputation.

Similarities and differences pull these two together and draw them apart.

Beck is top of her class when it comes to Maths and Science and her future seems bright. However, she struggles with social anxiety and relationships. Beck is autistic and spends most of her life locked away in her own mind as she reads her collection of books to escape her abusive alcoholic father. But once her eyes meet a grey eyed boy from across the room her world won't be the same. (18+ violence, adult themes, bullying, harassment and other issues) Being Autistic myself I have put a lot of me in this book. I've exaggerated certain aspects for entertainment values but other than that this is how awkward I feel most of the time. I don't see many books by women who write about their experiences in a creative way to spread awareness in a fun and compassionate way. This is mine I guess. I hope you enjoy this short story.
