Based off of Edgar Allan Poe's famous short story, "The Tell-Tale Heart"... Frederick is living in the house of an unknown old man under uncertain circumstances. He does not remember meeting this man, and he does not know how he got there. In fact, the only thing that Frederick is certain of is that something about his host's eye unsettles him - but he does not know what. *I did not make this cover, and I give all credit for it to the person who did.*

Freshman year at college, (Y/N) finds herself crammed into a tiny cabin with the so-called "Mr. Dark and Scary". Although all of her newfound friends advise her to stay away from the 'campus creep', (Y/N) is intrigued by this man who speaks few words, dresses dashingly, and has eyes that seem black as night. When she finds herself in a difficult situation, (Y/N) must rely on her roommate for help. He's not the person everyone makes him out to be, and she is the only one who can see that. **This story is not intended to arouse. It contains sexual acts, discussion of rape, and bullying. Read at your own risk. Only you know what you can and can't handle. Please take care of yourselves, and do not read anything that might trigger you/make you uncomfortable.** That being said, enjoy the story and let me know what you think!
